Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Brown County, Indiana. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
