Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Durham County, North Carolina. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems • A good head for heights and steady balance • Own hand tools (hammer, nail gun, slate ripper) You will erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding; solder and seam standing-seam metal roof sheets; replace cracked or slipped tiles and slates; seal joints and penetrations with mastic and lead flashing; nail down asphalt shingles in staggered courses; set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing. Full-time with occasional weekends. Meals and transport allowance provided. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
