Production line operator • Lowndes County, Alabama

Now hiring: we are hiring a production line operator in Lowndes County, Alabama. The job is in a CNC machine shop. Requirements: • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Able to stand for long hours on the shop floor Day to day you will load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; change tooling, dies and moulds during product changeovers; report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet; segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
