Vacancy available: we are hiring a janitor in Clay County, Arkansas. You will work at a residential apartment complex. You should have: • Reliable timekeeping for early-morning or late shifts • Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred • Flexible to cover weekends and rotating shifts Your main tasks: • Sweep, mop and vacuum floors across all assigned areas • Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and washroom fittings • Spot-clean carpets and lift stains • Strip, scrub and re-polish hard floors with a buffing machine At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
