Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Harvey County, Kansas. The role involves operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; break rock and concrete with the hydraulic breaker attachment. You should have: • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Rotating shifts.
