Urgent requirement: we are hiring a meat trimmer in Marinette County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a halal meat counter. The role involves: • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools Ideal candidate: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler Part-time with flexible hours.
