Horizontal milling machine operator — Nkanu East

Great opportunity: we are hiring a horizontal milling machine operator in Nkanu East, Enugu State. You will work at a busy machine shop. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron Day to day you will mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square; apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges.
