Pot washer — Latah County

Join our team: we are hiring a pot washer in Latah County, Idaho. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Your main tasks: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks You should have: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Punctual, reliable and hard-working • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
