Great opportunity: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Chenango County, New York. The role involves polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles. What we are looking for: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards 2+ years on the tools preferred.
