Join our team: we are hiring a membrane applicator in Rutherford County, North Carolina. You will work on a high-rise façade. You will install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; carry out flood and water tests on waterproofed areas to check for leaks. You should have: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Willing to travel between sites • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel Six days a week, one day off.
