Urgent requirement: electrostatic spray painter (Indiana)

Join our team: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in Huntington County, Indiana. You will work in a busy paint shop. Day-to-day duties: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens Six days a week, one day off.
