We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Southampton County, Virginia. The role involves: • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha Requirements: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Pay around $3,400 per month, based on your experience.
