Short order cook — Ogbia

Great opportunity: we are hiring a short order cook in Ogbia, Bayelsa State. The job is at a cloud kitchen. Ideal candidate: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure Day to day you will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases.
