Dish pit attendant wanted in Lisburn and Castlereagh

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Lisburn and Castlereagh, Northern Ireland. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff On a typical shift you will hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Six days a week, one day off. We offer £140 per day plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
