Join our team: we are hiring a fabrication workshop technician in Lincoln County, Oregon. The job is at a busy uPVC fabrication workshop. The role involves take site measurements of openings before fabrication; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; check the frame for square by measuring the diagonals; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame. You should have: • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) $4,400 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Full-time, day shift.
