Now hiring: we are hiring a panel painter in Saint James Parish, Louisiana. The role involves: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Sand and feather-edge damaged panels before painting • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Apply primer, base coat and clear coat with an HVLP spray gun What we are looking for: • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Able to mix paint by weight on a scale • Good eye for colour matching and blending Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
