Requirements: • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths • 2+ years experience working as a butcher You will portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings; keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts. 2+ years on the tools preferred.
