Vacancy available: we are hiring a rebar worker in Clay County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long spells bending and kneeling • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Confident tying with a tie hook and handling binding wire The role involves: • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Lift and land prefabricated cages with the crane and banksman • Lap and splice bars to the specified lap length • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Lay and tie mesh for slabs and ground-bearing floors • Set out starter bars and column dowels for the next lift Pay around $11,500 per project, based on your experience.
