Grill cook wanted in Santa Fe County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a grill cook in Santa Fe County, New Mexico. The job is in a catering banquet kitchen. You will check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
