Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete shuttering carpenter in Coshocton County, Ohio. You will be based on a bridge and flyover project. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing On the job you will handle: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Brace and strut the formwork to stop movement during the pour $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
