Immediate opening: captain waiter (New Jersey)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a captain waiter in Salem County, New Jersey. You will work at a banquet hall. Day to day you will upsell starters, desserts and beverages; explain the day's specials and recommend dishes; restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins; carry loaded trays and serve plated dishes to the right table; greet guests, seat them and present the menu. You should have: • Ability to work fast under pressure during peak service • Willingness to work weekends, evenings and split shifts At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
