Courier driver — City of York

Immediate opening: we are hiring a courier driver in City of York, England. You will be based at a courier and logistics company. What we are looking for: • Familiarity with basic vehicle checks and maintenance • Polite and presentable for customer-facing deliveries • Valid Class B / LMV driving licence On a typical shift you will top up engine oil, coolant and washer fluid as needed; handle cash on delivery and reconcile the day's collections; arrange routine servicing and renew insurance and PUC documents; drive within speed limits and follow all road safety rules; report accidents, breakdowns and vehicle damage to the supervisor; plan the delivery route using GPS and live traffic updates.
