The role involves clear debris and sweep the slab before the next pour; fix and strip shuttering and formwork for beams and columns; wheel barrows of rubble to the skip and keep the site clean; cure freshly laid concrete by sprinkling water for several days. Ideal candidate: • Able to lift and carry heavy loads such as 50 kg cement bags all day • Know how to mix concrete and mortar to the right ratio Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
