Sample machinist • Caldwell County, North Carolina

Vacancy available: we are hiring a sample machinist in Caldwell County, North Carolina. You will work on an export house sewing floor. On the job you will handle: • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Meet the hourly piece-rate target without dropping quality • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation You should have: • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
