Immediate opening: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Webster County, Mississippi. Your main tasks: • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Bake panels in the spray booth oven to cure the paint • Compound and polish the cured finish to a high gloss • Apply body filler and block-sand to a smooth contour Requirements: • Confident with wet-sanding and machine polishing • Able to read and match factory paint codes Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,900 per month, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
