Ideal candidate: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • Food handler / hygiene certificate The role involves: • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
