Urgent requirement: scaffolding charge hand (New Mexico)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Quay County, New Mexico. On the job you will handle: • Fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Handle, sort and stack tubes and fittings for loading out Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms Performance bonus on top of base pay.
