Great opportunity: we are hiring a steward in Onitsha South, Anambra State. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. Day to day you will mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. You should have: • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Able to work fast and keep up under service pressure • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards We offer ₦260,000 per month plus benefits.
