Trailer driver wanted in Catawba County

Now hiring: we are hiring a trailer driver in Catawba County, North Carolina. The role involves: • Reverse and carry out blind-side manoeuvres at loading bays • Carry out daily walk-around vehicle checks before setting off • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Couple and uncouple the trailer and check the fifth-wheel lock You should have: • Valid HGV/LGV Class 1 (C+E) licence • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules Part-time with flexible hours. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
