Ideal candidate: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces The role involves load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control; machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters.
