Immediate opening: we are hiring a meat cutter in Oji-River, Enugu State. Requirements: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • 2+ years experience working as a butcher Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Monitor chiller and freezer temperatures to keep the cold chain At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
