Kitchen cook wanted in Stanislaus County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Stanislaus County, California. You will be based in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift. What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Strong knife skills and speed on the line Part-time with flexible hours.
