Cake decorator • Ibarapa North, Oyo State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a cake decorator in Ibarapa North, Oyo State. You will work at an in-store supermarket bakery. Day to day you will score the top of loaves before baking; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Requirements: • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Full-time with occasional weekends.
