Immediate opening: we are hiring a pastry baker in Marion County, Missouri. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker The role involves laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
