Urgent requirement: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Coffey County, Kansas. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors • Confident on the double-mitre saw, welder and corner-cleaning machine Day to day you will cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees; cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame. $17 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
