Short order cook — Stark County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a short order cook in Stark County, North Dakota. Day to day you will prepare the mise en place before each service; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. Requirements: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
