Urgent requirement: powder coating technician (Texas)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a powder coating technician in Colorado County, Texas. You will be based on an industrial coating line. Requirements: • Willing to work shifts and overtime • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Day-to-day duties: • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
