Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down You should have: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
