Join our team: we are hiring a ladle pourer in Rutherford County, Tennessee. You should have: • Comfortable working close to furnaces and molten metal • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling You will assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale; maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles; mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
