Workshop mechanic — Jasper County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a workshop mechanic in Jasper County, Iowa. On the job you will handle: • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Recharge and service the air-conditioning system • Read fault codes and clear them after the repair • Replace exhaust systems and catalytic converters • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Trace electrical faults in the starting and charging systems You should have: • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Sound knowledge of petrol and diesel engines • At least 2 years' hands-on experience as a car mechanic Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
