Stainless steel welder — Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead

We are recruiting: we are hiring a stainless steel welder in Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, England. You will be based at an automotive body and exhaust shop. Your main tasks: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • ITI or trade certificate in welding an advantage On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
