Now hiring: we are hiring an elevator technician in Coweta County, Georgia. You will be based in a machine room on the rooftop. Ideal candidate: • Willing to join the on-call/emergency breakdown rota • ITI in electrical/mechanical or an equivalent trade certificate • 2+ years on lift installation and maintenance The role involves set and test the overspeed governor and safety gear; carry out planned preventive maintenance and grease the guide shoes; respond to entrapment call-outs and release trapped passengers; mount and align landing doors, sills and car door operators; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
