Requirements: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Able to set up and use a frame/jig straightening bench • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports Your main tasks: • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
