Immediate opening: we are hiring a lorry driver in Lawrence County, Alabama. You should have: • Minimum 2 years' long-haul experience • Physically fit for long hours behind the wheel Day-to-day duties: • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits • Plan routes and rest stops in line with driving-hours rules • Operate tail-lifts and pump trucks during loading and unloading • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Present documents at weighbridges and check posts • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery Performance bonus on top of base pay.
