Vacancy available: we are hiring a garment machinist in Dallas County, Texas. The job is at a knitwear stitching unit. Ideal candidate: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line; trim loose threads, clip curves and notch corners as you go; thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; topstitch and edge-stitch with the correct margin for a clean finish. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. We offer $5,200 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
