External wall insulation fitter wanted in Kafin Hausa

Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Kafin Hausa, Jigawa State. You will be based in lofts and crawl spaces. The role involves: • Fit acoustic insulation to partition walls and floating floors • Wrap HVAC ducts with foil-faced insulation and fasten with banding • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application Requirements: • Sharp eye for sealing joints and avoiding thermal bridges • Able to read construction drawings and specifications • Working-at-height certificate an advantage Pay around ₦130,000 per month, based on your experience.
