Tandoor cook wanted in Tangipahoa Parish

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana. The job is at a cloud kitchen. On a typical shift you will plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service. Ideal candidate: • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure We offer $3,500 per month plus benefits.
