Vacancy available: we are hiring a kitchen cook in Yates County, New York. You will work at a roadside dhaba. Day-to-day duties: • Knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
