What we are looking for: • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths On a typical shift you will sharpen and hone knives on a steel and whetstone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights; season and marinate meat on request; mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder; stuff and link fresh sausages with casings. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
