Offshore rigger • Florence County, Wisconsin

Vacancy available: we are hiring an offshore rigger in Florence County, Wisconsin. Requirements: • Comfortable working at height and in confined spaces • Valid rigging / lifting certificate or banksman-slinger ticket • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites On the job you will handle: • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads • Secure loads with turnbuckles, chain blocks and lever hoists • Select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Pay around $150 per day, based on your experience. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
